Step 1 - Initial Inquiry

Parents/guardians may contact the school directly or obtain information from: The School Website, Social Media Platform, or the Schools Administrative Office.

Step 2 - Obtain the application form

You may access the application form in two ways:

Option A: Physical Collection
Visit the Administrative Office to purchase and collect the form.

Option B: Online Request
- Make payment online
- Forward proof of payment to: agapeacademyng@gmail.com
- Receive the e-copy of the admission form.
- Complete the form and upload/return it via email

Step 3 - Entrance Examination Scheduling

Once we receive the completed form, families are given available exam dates and may choose any of the dates that is convenient for them.

Step 4 - Examination Options

Applicants may take the entrance exam via:

Onsite Exam: Conducted at Agape Academy and approved satellite centres.
Online Exam: Suitable for offsite applicants. Exams follow the same structured format.

Step 5 - Exam Structure

All exams consist of three core sections:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- General Knowledge

Step 6 - Eligibility Criteria

A minimum score of 60% in each subject is required to qualify for admission.

Step 7 - Provisional Admission

Applicants who meet the cutoff score will receive a provisional admission offer via email.
Families are required to confirm acceptance through an email response.

Step 8 - Interview Session

A brief interview involving the student and parent/guardian is conducted as part of the evaluation.

Step 9 - Onboarding Information

Upon acceptance, families receive:
- The School Rule Book/Prospectus
- Fee Schedule
- Boarding House Requirements (where applicable)
- Payment guidelines and next steps

Step 10 - Final Registration

Completed at resumption. This includes full registration and the onboarding process.
